Improved PMS symptoms
It normalises sleep with regular intake of two capsules and improves my migraines. When symptoms begin, I take the pills as usual, add extra magnesium, and my migraine dissipates smoothly within a couple of hours. Previously, I was incapacitated for half a day. The frequency has decreased, but I also have medication support. Regular magnesium intake eases PMS and menstruation, as I don’t become irritable or need painkillers on the first day. Chronic pain in my nasopharynx rarely worsens. While I can’t attribute this solely to magnesium, the combination with omega-3, serrapeptase, and resveratrol seems beneficial.
